Of those on ziqiangmomo's American list, only two are 'safety schools' and most of the rest are strong Tier 2 schools in our Placement Rankings and hence highly competitive. Given your profile, which is outstanding but not particularly strong, you should have selected some from Tier 3 and Tier 4 and focused on those.
