大概2. 25日面试，昨天收到的call，当时面下来就觉得希望比较大，所以一点小面经希望对后面的申请者有用：
1、面试是blind interview
2、Tepper的系统是可以自己选面试时间—对应面试官的，强烈推荐一个面试官：Ryan Astor，我面了那么多学校里，最nice的面试官。他之前是Tepper的adcom member，后面走了，说今年缺人，他就回来part-time了。
3、他问的问题都比较典型：
   1) Tell me about yourself
   2) Tell me a bit about your xx work mentioned in your resume.
   3) Why MBA? Why Tepper?
   4) ST goal? Plan B?
   5) What are your strengths when it comes to leadership? How would colleagues describe you?
   6) Tell me about a time when you have to use your skills to help grow another colleague in the team.
   7) Any questions for me?

整个面试不到30min，面试官全程会给很positive的feedback，让整个面试更conversational 。面试后，他还给我发在我post MBA想从事行业的Tepper校友联系方式…真的是宝藏面试官，强烈安利
