也算做了一些KIRA的伪小白...其他学校一般是2-3个video question，然后加一个写作。但McMaster的Kira确实是我见到过的问题最多，问的最细（灵魂重击）的Kira面试。麦马的Kira一共包含5道题目，4道Video question（2道2mins，2道1min30），几乎每一题的题目都有几个小问题，如果临时想真的很难想到细节。对于非母语者的渣渣来说，确实是炼狱。写作也是深深的灵魂拷问，而且时间只有8min，简直是比语言考试更严苛的测试...5mins前刚做完的新鲜的不能再新鲜的一首资料了。
Video question:
1.Why mba and your career aspiration? Why DeGroote (和essay里写的一样，我感觉是固定题目一定要好好准备。准备时长45s, 答案时长2mins)
2.Can you please tell us about a goal that you set for yourself and please share with us the steps that you took to achieve this goal. This goal can be derived from any lived experiences, community involvements, work or academic commitments, and other experiences. (这个题目太长了看得眼瞎...做的时候我直接开的有道词典翻译成中文都差点没看懂...悲催的我?准备时长45s, 答案时长2mins)
3.Describe a recent example where you attempted to get conflicting parties working together toward a common objective. What did you do? What were the outcomes? (麦马的经典三段式提问，其实对于答案的逻辑层次是一个很好的梳理。准备时长30s, 答案时长1min30)
4.Share a recent example of how you engaged others to participate in community activities outside of the workplace. Please include specifics on your actions, the outcomes and lessons learned. (麦马的答案就是细节！细节！细节！哦细节真的是魔鬼！！)

How do you determine who performs what task in a group project to ensure participation from all members and a successful outcome?
