It sounds like you have solid work experience in a high-demand industry (tech), and your CPA qualification is certainly a plus. However, a 3.3 undergraduate GPA can present a hurdle to overcome in your MBA applications, especially if your undergraduate institution wasn't a top university (Ivy League, MIT, Stanford). In your case, the GMAT (or GRE) will be an important data point to demonstrate to the AdCom that you have the academic aptitude for a challenging MBA program. While several factors are important in the MBA application process, when it comes to school selection, the GMAT score is the single best indicator of how competitive you'll be among different applicant pools, so without that score, it's somewhat difficult to recommend a list of target schools. In general, your chances of being a competitive applicant within the pool for a given MBA program are higher if your GMAT score is at or above the average GMAT score for that school's incoming MBA class -- this information is almost always published on the school's website, so that can be a useful starting point in your school selection research.
