(E) with the ultimate goal of reducing the number of guests who express overall dissatisfaction with the hotels’ service

一开始选了A 答案是E。答案的解析是：reduce 的是number而不是guests, 但是我认为A选项这里减少guests是合适的，因为who...这里做限制性定语从句，减少不满意的客户也是tourism commission想看到的结果，意思上似乎没有问题。

不知道有没有大神指点一下A为什么不能选！！是因为reduce 不能跟人搭配，只能修饰数据吗？？感谢大家！！

A不能选就是解析说的那个原因减少只能减少数值啊你怎么能去减少people呢。

好吧，我有点理解了，查了资料看到reduce用于人更多的是“使人陷入某种悲惨的境遇”
