关于D项，og是这么解释的：This statement incorrectly suggests that the forces . . . could be repeated rather than that the disaster itself could be repeated.
我的问题是：forces重复从逻辑上也说的过去啊，而且A项不是就是说是forces重复吗？

題目的意思應該是要強調，災害會再發生的可能性，並非只有forces，
畢竟有forces不見得一定會造成災害。
因此ABD都在強調forces本身重複，只有ＣＥ在討論災害可能會重複。
