很多人说A不对是因为A中的having修饰they，但是我选A是因为之前听了一个很厉害的语法老师的网课，说逗号后的doing可以修饰前句的主语、动词和宾语，所以我觉得A没有什么问题

第一，,ing就是状语修饰整个句子或者主语。很少而且几乎没有做定语修饰宾语的情况。大体上出现,ing修饰宾语，可以认为它不对。
第二，即使having可以修饰they，那还是错的。句末还有个they，两个they表示不同的主体，错误。然后，出现while的时候，为了表达简略，往往省略主语，用while+ing来表达。

A,E犯得是同样的错误。如果选A，那为啥不选B，有时候, doing也能出现antedent noun，所以答案是灵活性的对比出来的，并不是mechanicaly记住一个死规则。
