Job responsibilities: You will work with Dr. Katrina Lin on research topics including prosocial behavior, status, leadership, and work-family related issues. Main responsibilities include, but not limited to, literature review, study design (survey & experiment), participant recruitment, data collection (online/lab experiments, longitudinal studies, & experience sampling studies) and data analysis.
Qualifications: Applicants should have a bachelor or master degree in Psychology or Business Administration. Applicants with knowledge using advanced statistical tools (e.g., SPSS & Mplus) and web programming tools (e.g., Qualtrics) are preferred. Priority will be given to those who are interested in pursuing a doctoral degree in Organizational Behavior.
Terms: This is a one-year position starting in Spring/Summer 2019. Potential renewal of another 6 months to one year is subject to satisfactory performance. For full-time appointment, a highly competitive remuneration package will be offered. For part-time appointment (HK residents only), the remuneration rate is HK$117 per hour.
