4. I looked it up on the internet and found the following indexes. 5 out of 6 use "founder" instead of " the founder", So I think "founder" is right. 考虑同位语的用法，也许可以这样用。

１．founder 是Ａ　Ｐ的同位语吧　　不用加冠词．且人物身份前可以不加冠词．

２．应该是定语从句．them ->who.

单数可数名词是不能独立适用的，但有例外：

1。名词如果表身份、地位、亲属关系则可独立出现。正好适用于founder一题。

2。名词表示特殊含义时，不加任何冠词，如“上学”是go to school，不说go to a/the school，后者含义变了。
