豁免语言成绩问题，急！在线等！

今天就是申请BC finance phd的deadline，我在准备提交的时候review发现没有完全满足下面这条豁免语言成绩的条件：

“If you are eligible to waive the language requirement, please indicate your qualification(s):
Note: You are only eligible for the first or second waiver qualification if you have completed your entire degree at an institution where the medium language of instruction was English.
1. I completed a 2-year Masters degree at an institution where the medium language of instruction is English. The medium language of instruction is indicated on my transcript, or verified in an official letter from the institution.
2. I completed a 4-year Bachelors degree (or the equivalent) at an institution where the medium language of instruction is English. The medium language of instruction is indicated on my transcript, or verified in an official letter from the institution.
3. I have been working full-time in the United States for 2 or more years.”

我是澳洲本（三年本科+一年Honours），但是实际只上了三年，因为第一年的学分通过国内学校Credit transfer了。我的毕业证上写的是三年+一年，可成绩单对于转学分的科目是有标记的。请问我这种情况有没有可能argue语言豁免？如果这个会对申请造成很大影响，我就不提交申请浪费申请费了。麻烦各路大神支招！马上就截止申请了，在线等~~~感谢

这种事情自然要邮件问学校，你在这在线等有啥用。。。

还是先把申请提交了之后然后跟小秘说一声，我觉得这种情况应该是可以的
