以下笔记都是我看题目下别人解释里点赞比较高的摘出来的··不对的地方还请指正
① A of B + ed-modifier 会有修饰不清的嫌疑吗
(B)The knowledge that scientists know about dinosaur brains comes from studies ofthe bony house ofthe brain, located in the back of the skull, that is, thecranium. （错的） Forprotection from the summer sun, the Mojave lived in open-sided, flat-toppeddwellings known as shades, each a roof of poles and arrow weed supported byposts set in a rectangle.（supported修饰roof吧 那就是没有就近修饰咯？） 刚做题又碰到两个： therate of fatty foods consumed 既可以指food 也可以指rate Fossils of the arm of a sloth, found in Puerto Rico in 1991 这里应该是修饰fossils吧
②插入语+插入语的问题 Ron:Modifier, modifier, clause is an awkward construction whenboth modifiers are describing the clause. RON：Modifier, Modifier, Subject 的形式是可以接受的。核心还是要看句意。 It’s perfectly possible to write a sentence with that kind of form. Forexample:
last night, after sixteen achingly long years of her childhood had passed,melanie got behind the wheel of a car for the first time. Modifier可以并列 ？？？？难道有两个ron···大RON和小ron
③前面没有出现过noun时（比如是个modifier时，不能用代词，没有指代） 这句话对吗 那这样很多选项一开头就是 she her是不是就可以直接排除了~~~it除非做形式主语不然也可以排除了？（虽然这两种开头的好像确实没做到过对的）
④In1913, the largely self-taught Indian mathematician Srinivasa Ramanujan mailed120 of his theorems to three different British mathematicians; thesetheorems were brilliant, but only one, G.H.Hardy recognized; thanksto Hardy`s recognition, Ramanujan was eventually elected to the Royal Societyof London. 有人解释：这里用了倒装，其实是GF recognized onlyone(theorems)，改变了句意，除非在GH后面加逗号，让GH变成one的解释就合理了。我觉得这里加逗号也不对吧 these theorems were brilliant, but only one, G.H.Hardy， recognized。 这个one好像原意是指只有一个数学家认可，这么改后是不是变成 只认可一个理论？
⑤RON：混合时态是没有意义的 Ajudge overturned the ban on the ground thatit violates state laws that allowed the use of personal watercraft oncommon waterways. 但是看好多题目里都存在两边时态不一致的问题啊 难道是因为用连词打断了可以用不同时态？还是一个事实（用现在时）+一个过去的事情（过去或者过去完成）是可以接受的？
