句子意思是全球变暖会制造迁移的鸟的大混乱，后面的句子也是修饰词，来解释全球变暖如何制造大混乱 -->DE OUT 因为不能从fact当中制造大混乱

a选项不知道是不是楼主贴错了，后面的as a result明显是多余且极其重复
b选项to the extent一般表示程度，而语句的意思是全球变暖通过不同的方式改变环境，脑补比如冰川融化／水平线上升下降等。

所以选c
