官方解答是c中的themselves有问题，我可以理解，但是我觉得A选项中的“，letting”有很大的问题。

“，+ verb-ing"一般用于修饰前面的句子，按句意理解的话我觉得应该用and连接会更确切。

一般“，ing”可以表示direct consequence of the preceding clause，那么letting them pick...就是“offer wide range of benefits”的结果，也就是要有offer wider range of benefits才会使得他们可以pick those most important。

如果是“and"的话，那表示offer and let是两个独立的observations，不符合语意。

comma＋ving结构做伴随状语时：
1 伴随动作,表与主句动词同时发生的动作
2 伴随结果,表主句动作带来的结果。

个人认为此处给employee提供benefits并让他们选择应该是同时发生的，也就是表伴随动作
的确用and表示两个动作会更好，但在此题中and的几个选项有明显错误，所以只能选a
