一个问题，为什么E中的时态错误？我的意思是如果把have变成has的情况下呢？

嗯嗯，谢谢，我本来疑惑的点是在于把E修正好后，换用现在完成时可不可以。现在想想觉得没有答案好，因为现在完成时修饰的动词是发生在过去，强调的对现在产生的影响，或发生在过去的动作持续至今并有可能持续下去。而一般现在时表示一个通常或当下的状态，更符合排名这个动作的意义。

OG官方解答：present perfect:describe an action that occured at an indefinite time in the past or that began in the past and continues into the present.
RONd的补充，如果需要延续到现在，必须有时间提示词，since，for，in等，或者有其他提示。造成了影响等。
否则一律按照，第一种解答。
这道题中，没有任何提示性需要完成时。而且完成时不是一般的发现在过去的动作，完成时的出现，有自己一定的特殊意义，主要是表达过去和现在的联系。一般情况下，禁止乱用完成时。
而且，完成时表示现在不是第三的病了。和语义有误。
