答案是C，以下是我的理解请各位指正。B的错误在于having processed ，因为processed与open及rebuild没有动作前后顺序之分，所以having processed错误，应该是processing。而这里的opened并么有错，open可以做不及物动词，不用被动语态，与后面的rebuilt平行。
C我认为前面的两个分词opened和rebuilt 用first和then做链接是错误的，then只是副词不能做连接词。

这两个事情是不同时间段发生的。要先 first opened 才能 process ...
have processed 给人感觉是在opened 之前就已经开始工作了。
