准备两年后申请MBA，请问现在该如何准备呢？

大家好，我现在是美国的一名码工，因为对个人发展的考虑希望能够两年后去读MBA深造，然而因为平时对花太多时间在工程和技术上，之前的专业也都是工程学院，对商学院的要求并不太了解，请问地里各位前辈我现在该如何准备呢？（除了考GMAT以外）

首先...先把GMAT考掉..剩下的可以再说

Great question! I would focus on leading projects, having a true business impact at work (revenues, costs, etc.), and ensuring that you are progressing away from all things technical, engineering, etc. An MBA is all about leadership and business, so you want to ensure you have revealed these facets.
