我查了一下网上对as seen的修饰问题，大家都说C选项as seen修饰sunspot cycles，这一点错误，所以排除了C
但是我的问题是：as seen 作为一个从句，省略了与主句相同的S和Verb，那么seen这个分词应当和主句的主语一致啊。C选项的主句主语是the rate，所以是as 【the rate】 is seen，所以C选项怎么可能修饰到sunspot cycles呢？？为什么网上大家都说会修饰到sunspot cycles呢？包括ron也这么说...
请大家纠正一下我的理解偏差。谢谢大家~~
