Different people hold different opinions what some important qualities of a good boss are due to their distinct backgrounds .Considering my own experience and personality, I will define some important qualities of a good boss .At the same time ,I will explore a few of  important reasons and provide some concrete evidence to support my viewpoint as follows.

First of all, I think a good boss should respect his subordinate .This view that can be presented to my positon is that a project can go well when the subordinate are repected. As we know ,anyone expects to be respected. Moreove ,a boss should not be rude to his staff for a high position.For example, when a staff is treated politely by his boss ,he will feel comfortabe and confident .And those will make the staff develop his capabilities and try his best to do his work..In the instance, it is obvious that a boss repecting the staff during the work is important.

In the second place, a good boss should possess good professional knowledge.The convicining reason why I choose this statement that good technical expertise is necessary for a good boss.It is the professional knowledge that makes a good boss with his staff resolve problems when facing challenges.It is the success of settling a question that have the staff convince the boss.Without them ,the programme of projects can not progress successfully for a boss when difficulties come out. Hence, another equally important aspect is that good professional knowledge is essential for a good boss.

In addition, a good boss should help his staff when he run into difficulties.what is worth noticing is that a boss should help and improve his staff  when he fininshes his regular work. For instance, a staff is in trouble not only in work or in life, a good boss should help him resovle them .For it is the duty of a boss. So the staff can concentrate on his work.Taking into accout of this reason,we will easily find that helping his staff shoulde be not neglected for a good boss.

To sum up,due to the reasons mentioned above. I can safely and wisely reach the conclusion that some important qualities of a good boss is respecting his subordinate ,possessing good professional knowledge and helping his staff
