这道题我错选了C（做了第三遍了 还错好多 怀疑人生/(ㄒoㄒ)/~~）

08笔记对于C的解释是这样的：

原本的主句被改成了修饰成分,句子重心改变；stimulating逻辑主语成了tiny islets错误；由于前面是主系表结构，所以stimulating不做伴随结果状语，割裂前后因果关系；under provisions ofthe new maritime code错误修饰sea areas

①我不理解的是蓝色部分，为什么主系表结果中,comma+Ving就不能做伴随状语了呢？

②另外就是，我选C是因为不仅仅是一个海事法（这个东西）刺激了人们的争论，我认为是海事法规定了啥啥啥（这件事情），所以才会有这个结果，所以觉得B中的it仅仅指代the new maritime code不对。求各位朋友指出我理解不对的地方，万分感激！

③最后的问题就是，怎么样“comma，Ving”才是很好地表现后一句是前一句的结果的呢？遇到好几道题，以为后面的是结果，但是都错了。比如这道题，难道不能说（即使是微小的小岛，也可以要求在很大的海域拥有捕鱼和建立石油的权利）这件事情的结果是（直接刺激了国际争纷）吗？
