求问一道题，到底to do 还是for doing就是分不清，that跳跃也分不清

1. 没见有这样的用法。。应改为不定式短语to genetically enhance plants

2. that是可以跳跃修饰the same techniques，但从语义上来说并不通。

让植物变得更能抵抗虫害的应该是“用技术这件事”，而不仅仅是“技术”本身（单纯的有技术而不用技术，显然不能让植物抵御虫害）。
