题目： ....is less likely to be enrolled in plans that impose stricter limits on.... and require doctors to see more patients, spending more time with each other.
spending...后面作为修饰成分不能喝前面impose。。和require。。平行好理解，但是这里的spend的主语是doctor，在require句子中作为宾语，前面真正的主语是plans ，这是主语问题怎么reconcile？

楼主你这题目有问题吧 Be 动词是单数 is less likely to be.... 后面就 impose...and require 这里动词是复数，你的从句的主语呢？

都is less likely 了你的句子里 than 部分去哪里了？
