请问D选项with的伴随状语如果改成with the power to give and to take是不是正确了？

并且请问ing伴随状语是否有就近修辞的特点？

修饰基本都是就近原则，为了读者读起来方便理解。

comma ving 是修饰 comma entire sentence 的建议楼主去撸下RON 关于comma Ving 的视频，里面对comma ving 的各种用法都是说到

D即便改了也是不对的. comma with 这里要修饰的是the floor 做noun modifier 么，句意显然是不对的
