要看句子的意思不要死扣Belong to / belong in

看正确选项D
1/ in the university 是一个place 后面用where 来指代，意思是 students in the university could be offered a broad range of courses...

2/ 再看句意，students 被给予了 a broad range of courses...问自己在哪里会有这种情况，自然是in the university.

3/ 句子层次感清晰，EA was convinced that...., where students could be offered a braod range of courses. 第一部分给出EA相信的内容，where 从句部分给出理由（为什么EA认为这样呢因为在大学中学生们可以同伙一连串广泛的课程来处理社会问题）

楼主你在看看选项B
comma and 表示并列。 EA was convinced that 啥啥啥， and (EA was convinced) that 学生啥啥啥这两部分并列完全感受不到句子要表达的逻辑关系。

Edith 信服的应该是一件事情，信服的不是social work education. 后面的belonging xx是修饰education，后面的so that是convinced的结果，所以就是因为edith很相信，所以学生应该上这些课。
B that social work education should be in the university, and that
楼上说的逻辑层次不清晰，再补充两句，第一这个and 前面不应该加逗号因为and that后面不是完整句子，第二work education is in univeristy 这个表达有点奇怪教育在学校？should的用法不确定对不对，个人觉得gmat里还蛮不喜欢should 这个词的

convince about这个用法是错的而且这个错误跟A一样 belonging修饰的事social work education
