这道题关于答案我没有问题，我的问题是原文中先写的“the organization just recently announced that”，这是一个过去时的句子，那后面为什么要用“will pare”这种表达？不是说如果主句用的是过去时，从句中的将来时就要写成would吗？？一直不理解这里的will，新人上路~求各位大神解答！！非常感谢~~
