请教一道语法题

In an attempt to produce premium oysters, a firm in Scotland has developed a prototype of a submersible oyster farm, sitting below the surface of the ocean, and it provides ideal conditions for the mollusks' growth.

Afarm, sitting below the surface of the ocean, and it provides
Bfarm, sitting below the surface of the ocean for providing
Cfarm that sits below the surface of the ocean and providing
Dfarm that sits below the surface of the ocean and provides
Efarm that is sitting below the surface of the ocean and it provides
答案为D,但是我有一点不明白的是为什么d里的provides前面不用加that呢？that sits and that provides不应该是平行里要求的吗？

补不补出that 或者 which 是要看是否会引起句子的歧义。这里没有that 也不会引起歧义所以就选择不补出, 遵循concise 原则

楼主可以总结下OG里的这种补出和不补出的现象，会一目了然醍醐灌顶的
