Majortheme: To explore why and how organizations transform themselves or incubatenew business internally to achieve sustainable competitive advantages.

Assist in various researchactivities, including:

§  Literature reviews,

§  Company visits andinterviews,

§  Interview data coding,

§  Teaching casedevelopment,

§  Practical articlewriting,

§  Manuscriptpreparation, and

§  Coordination ofresearch projects;

Get paid to be inspired andmentored to understand the world with different lens, and grow your heart andsoul through efforts.

§  Experience in 1) analysis2) research or 3) consultancy would be preferred. In particular, skills in 1)conducting face-to-face interviews and qualitative data analysis or 2)analyzing data with statistical software (e.g., STATA/ SPSS/ R etc.) would bepreferred;

§  A master degree in Management/Economics/Sociology(esp. in Strategy/ Entrepreneurship / Organizational Behavior) would bepreferred;

§  A clear desire topursue a PhD overseas would be preferred;

§  Excellentinterpersonal interface such as communication skills and business etiquettewould be a plus;

§  Excellent command ofEnglish and Mandarin is a must;

§  Excellent use of MSWord, Excel, and PowerPoint is a must.
