Sorry,can't type chinese in this PC:

2. Because of XXX, the grain produces in country A reduced to 1345 tons,(_______).
a. 45% less than those of country B.
b. 45% fewer than that of country B.

Produce: Farm products, especially fresh fruits and vegetables, considered as a group. (dictrionary)
So the mentioned " grain produces" should refer to different grain groups, which should be a pl.

If we can understand the setence as:
Because of XXX, the grain produces in country A reduced to 1345 tons,( which is) 45% fewer than that of country B.
Then Answer B is right, here, which refer to the number of "1345 tons"

that 指代 1345tons 不太恰当，否则把1345 tons 代进去就不象话了。即使真的指1345 tons, GMAT也不让这样说，顶多来个 country B's figure或者什么的。选项是不是有问题，两个选项都有点说不过去

1、it’s 无指代对象
2、those 应指代the grain produces ，1345 tons 代回原句意思不通
