最近因为川普上台，国际学生对于未来的留学政策有些担心，圣地亚哥大学的校长对此发表声明，坚定的欢迎各个种族，各种信仰的学生来我校学习。

OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT

Dear USD Campus Community:

In the aftermath of President Trump's executive order regarding U.S. immigration policy, I write today to affirm the University's commitment to welcoming people to our campus community regardless of their faith or country of origin. The university endorses the statement issued by the Chair of the U.S. Bishops' committee on migration, Bishop Joe Vasquez (http://www.usccb.org/news/2017/17-026.cfm), as well as the statement issued by the Association of Catholic Colleges and Universities (http://www.accunet.org/i4a/pages/index.cfm?pageID=3827) which I signed today. Both publicly oppose the executive order's halting of refugee admissions. We are also encouraged by a statement issued by our own Bishop Robert McElroy, Bishop of the Diocese of San Diego, (https://ur.sandiego.edu/email/bishop/mcelroyletter01302017.pdf).  As a Catholic University we stand in solidarity with our Muslim brothers and sisters, as well as others impacted by this order, and we will do all that we can to support our students and employees as they return to our campus.

Our International Center and Human Resources staffs have reached out to all of our students/scholars and employees on visas from the affected areas, and they all have arrived safely to USD.

We advised them that their Torero Family supports them and their families during this serious and uncertain situation. We also made them aware of our resources and support services both on and off campus. We assured them that our International Center is also available to them for questions and concerns. In addition, our Office of the General Counsel, Center for Inclusion and Diversity, Department of Human Resources, and our Immigration Task Force are following this situation and will provide updates to our impacted community members and their families as news develops.

Our Office of Residential Life and Human Resources will also be reaching out to our impacted students and employees this week. If you or someone you know in our community is impacted by the executive order, please contact the International Center or Human Resources.

How to apply
First you'll need to start your application online. Then make sure to submit the following:

Official transcripts from all post-secondary institutions attended
A professional resume of employment history (two-page maximum preferred)
An official GMAT score report, school code 29B-Q2-68. Note, we also accept the GRE (code 4849); see our FAQs for more details
Two professional recommendations (recommendation forms will be sent directly through your online application)
Application fee of $80
International students and students educated outside of the U.S. should look at the additional requirements for international applicants below
Transcripts and other application support materials should be sent directly to the following address:

Are you an international student?
For students educated in a language other than English: official TOEFL score of 92 iBT or higher (code 4849) or IELTS score of 7.0 or higher (if applicable)
A course-by-course degree evaluation conducted by World Education Services (www.WES.org) or another credential evaluation company accredited by NACES
If admitted to the MBA program, international students must also submit a Certification of Finances Form and official bank statements before you can be issued an I-20 for a student visa
