请教一道题，有关夹心修饰~求好心人路过解答

答案是E 因为willproduce也代表一个普遍状况，并且为了主谓一致，不能选D

我主要的问题是，这道题我觉得是很明显的夹心修饰，虽然主要的split不在这，但是正常来说介词短语，ving做状语，SVO的形式会导致ving不知道向前修饰介词短语还是向后修饰主句而导致歧义，所以这种句子结构非常不可取，想问一下大家，这道题是不是句子结构本身就是错误的，虽然的确按句意来说不会有歧义

and前面有逗号，是一个X,Y,AND Z并列的结构，这里没有夹心修饰，provided是宾补，不是cow或者farmer的逻辑主语，而是keep them cool, provided..,provided..，是跟cool并列的。

Gmat中“，v-ing"做状语，前后都有可修饰的动词而句意又可以同时成立产生歧义的情况是少之又少的.

For my friend Kelly who saved $5,000 to help the homeless in her neighborhood, buying food and paying for gas, the local government decided to give her a medal for her contribution to the community.

这种情况虽然也是”夹心结构," 但是buying和paying是无歧义修饰help而不是decide，可以成立的.
