Good to hear from you! I think first of all that you are rushing things two much. In your industry, two years work experience is not enough to be really competitive for an MBA. But that’s not the only issue. As a China-based candidate, with a low GPA and a low GMAT the chances of you getting accepted to a Top 10 school like Duke are low. I would suggest taking the extra year to gaining more experience and to trying and improve your GMAT to at least 730, and then considering where you want to apply next year.
Anderson, Olin and Foster are more inline with your profile and goals. And yes, you can give it a shot this year if you feel like it’s necessary for you to go. But if your work is going well, and you are learning, you may as well wait one more year and work on improving your profile in the meanwhile.
