楼主您好，打扰了，我是山东财经大学的本科生，现在手里有一份毕马威审计金融组的Offer，是通过精英计划获得的，大四想着再找找更好的工作。能否请问楼主，Operation真的不好吗？为何不好啊？四大的审计真心累啊！求楼主多多指教，谢谢楼主！

我觉得让我再做一次选择的话会先去工作看看再回到学校也许才会明白自己想要什么

受教受教，确实是有心猿意马做东想西的苗头，浮躁浮躁是硬伤。。。不太甘心就此降低要求，所以接下来的两三年会努力一步步提升竞争力的，谢谢

Great to hear from you!
so far your base profile is very nice - you are in a good industry and have very good grades. Sure, you have to get higher on the GMAT, but you already know that. So go to it! The only thing is that right now it is too early! You need at least THREE years experience before going for an MBA. So what you should do is plan the next three years - to do great on your GMAT and TOEFL, Also think about how you can succeed at work, and get more promotions and more leadership. And finally, don’t forget to do some volunteer work!
