职业小白请求申请MBA定位

本科就读于大连理工英语专业，本科GPA很差，才2.9. 研究生就读于美国Rutgers人力资源管理专业，GPA3.7. 毕业后在一汽-大众做HR，工作经验两年，主要是做员工关系及招聘。GMAT 和托福已经都过期需要重新考了。
想咨询下各位像我这种情况可以考虑申请TOP多少的学校，对于MBA的方向来说有何种方向可以推荐呢？

感谢你的问题，目的一方面是希望增加自我挑战，二是希望跳出现有的企业体制。post MBA 的职业目标是未来想从事企业管理咨询类型的工作。

经历不错的，GMAT 上700，文书写好进前30没问题。有HR背景可以考虑继续HR Track。加油！

Hello there!

I’d love to help you out but without more info it’s gonna be hard. I would need of course your GMAT and TOELF as those would be defining factors in evaluating your profile. Also: Where do you work? What do you do? How quickly have you advanced? Do you have any leadership? What are your great achievements? Do you have notable community service or extra curriculars? Which school did you graduate from?

All of these will play important roles in your evaluation.

Thx for your message. I have not taken either GMAT or TOELF yet.

I worked in FAW-Volkswagen as a HR generalist, mainly in charge of overboard university recruiting & Emplyee satisfaction survey.

Becasue the company is joint venture company, the career path is a bit long for employees, it takes at least five years to enter into a senior level.

I graduated from Rutgers, Uni. of NJ, major in Human Resource management. I worked as a volunteer in Summer DAVOS in 2012.

Please give some suggestion if it is necessary.

Hey there,
Good to hear from you again! So your work experience is actually pretty good. I think the main thing to concentrate on right now is your GMAT. This is of course important for everyone, but it is ESPECIALLY important for you, since you have a low UG GPA! And a high GMAT will be the best way to counteract that.

Without a GMAT score, it’s impossible to say where you can go, so I would say, don’t worry about that now. Only get the best GMAT you can!
