The physical structure of the human eye enables it to sense light of wavelengths up to 0.0005 millimeters; infrared radiation, however, is invisible because its wavelength—0.1 millimeters—is too long to be registered by the eye.(A)  infrared radiation, however, is invisible becauseits wavelength—0.1 millimeters—is too long tobe registered by the eye.

这道题有点小小的疑问，就是后面那句because its wavelength is too long to be registered by the eye. 这个registered在这个句子中究竟是wavelength还是infrared radiation，如果是wavelength不是逻辑就错了么- -，求各位大神解答。。。

我不觉得逻辑错了，例如你可以用中文理解一下，如果我在日常对话中告诉你：“紫外线的波长很难被人眼捕捉”，你觉得这是错的嘛？
