Hey there,
Good to hear from you!
So first of all the base of your profile that you have presented here seems quite good - you have very good grades in both degrees from a solid program. You work in a good industry with some management experience, and you are also female! ;) Which should make things easier.

Of course the GMAT is key (the TOEFL is important too, but less), and if you can beat a 720 then you should have lots of options open for you. For sure Top 20, but maybe higher too depending on the detail of your work experience, your extra curricular activities and so on.

So I think just get started working on that GMAT, and everything else will come
