你去几个大学的商学院看看，有management系，多半也包括HRM和OB的。单独的HR，好像不多。

有的需要GMAT成绩。

there is a management of organization department, which has human resource management division, but it recruit ph.d only.

Anyway, you can transfer to mphil after you get the ph.d admission.
