我不知道是否正确;

1.不论你没有车还是不喜欢开车你可以在任何时候搭乘公共交通工具.

No matter whether you do not have car or you do not like driving you can enjoy public transportation any stop station any time.

2.The essential reason can be seen by every one is that……

在can 之前是可以不加which吗?

划线部分好像少了个at

.

一定要加，且最好加that
