这里说heating-oil prices are expected to be higher this year than last year's 是错的。说是this year与last year比较才对。但是不能理解成主语比较吗？

我也正在看这道题，我认为A和C前半部分也是正确的（比如OG16 104题 Heating-oil prices are expected to be higher this year than last）。我找到了Ron关于此题的解释https://www.manhattanprep.com/gmat/forums/the-word-omitted-in-comparison-t32362.html，他肯定了A和C中的前半部分的结构是可以的，排除C是靠其第二部分的错误，OG关于C前半部分错误比较Price和 a year ago 是不正确的，送给同样纠结此题的小伙伴~
