貌似很久没贴了!twe096

96. People have different ways of escaping the stress and difficulties of modern life. Some read; some exercise; others work in their gardens. What do you think are the best ways of reducing stress? Use specific details and examples in your answer.



Modern life has brought us stresses and difficulties as well as efficiency and convenience. The stress and difficulties sometimes become the obstacle of people's life and work. To escaping those pressures instead of bowing to them, there are several ways I recommend.


    One commen way best known to everyone is sports. When bored with troubles either in work or from life, doing exercise is a simple way to overcome difficulties and get a good mood in a short time. For instance, when you are jogging, not only your body gets relaxed, but also your brain has a rest with different views appearing in your eyes as you are moving. Thus, the changing environment easily removes your pressures, and a good mood brings your courages to go on working.


    Doing exercise is a simple way to get relaxed, while there is another  efficientive method. Talking with your famililies or your friends. By talking with them, you share your feelings and stresses with them, and at the same tiem your pressures are always removed unconciously. A manager confronting  difficulties of personalships can talk through all that borther him with his wife. The understanding of his wife would resolve his worries and futhermore, the relationship between the couple are strengthened simutaneously. This is the power of sharing.


    Last but not least, music can also be a powerful tool to reduce stress. Most claasic music is powerful and moving because it expresses the emotions of composers and can touch the feeling inside. By listening to music, the pressure deep in one's heart can get released, and meanwhile one can find courage and power in the music to prepare himself to face the following challenge.


    To conclusion, amoung masses of ways to escaping difficulties, I prefer exersising, communicating and enjoying music as my relaxing tools. With these stress removing tools, people can orgnize themselves well to challenge more and surpass them.

其实前两天都有写,但计时的,结果发现有点惨不忍睹...今天才好了一点


看了,习惯了慢就快不了啦~今天起要习惯快速~每天早上上课前的半个小时写,


这样我就不会拖时间了~~~


还是要感谢你们的鼓励啊!!!

就是不要把, I, YOU , THEY三种人称都用在论证里面。
