Hard decision between Penn state and Rotman

Penn state, tuition waive +$500/month, Rotman, admission no offer.

I am in Canada now. My background is in supply chain, and Penn State has good reputation for it.

But Rotman is the best university in Canada and can be called first tire university in North American. And Rotman has a very strong faculties in business school.

How can I select?

I hope to get some advise from others.

How about the placement for chinese student graduated from Rotman. About the ratio in three month after graduation, salary and title?

If one has no good work experience in North American, is it difficult to find a job in Toronto after I graduate from Rotoman?

I hope to get some information about Rotoman, especially about chinese students.

Defenitely UT. It has much higher world wide reputation than Penn State. Who can guaranttee you find a good job in USA? Do not always think US school is better than Canadian school. It really depends. Both UT and McGill can easily make into top 25 in US.

I graduated from McGill' s computer science in 1996, and now have worked for Intel for seven years. I have known so many colleagues graduated from top schools in USA, but most of them admit McGill is a good school.

For example, McGill medical school can easily make into top 10 in US, and UT engineering school can easily make into top 10 in US. Frankly speaking, UTor. is equivalent to UCLA, but better than UT Austin. McGill is equivalent to Brown University, but better than Dartmouth College.

It is also natural that you will feel better graduated from a top school in Canada or China than graduated from a second tier school in US. Today since US is the strongest nation in the world, and so people worship everything from USA. But how about 10 years from now? 20 years from now?
