Actually, I am quite eager to work in IB. It's really my dream and passionate. Although, I am now working for top 2 software company in china.
highly recommend a book to Chinese business students: "Never EatAlone." You can find it on Amazon. In generall, I think ourculture does not prepare us well in networking skills. This bookis a good read for Chinese students who want to succeed in the states.
