建议西班牙IESE, ESADE, IE三个商学院也学学法国高商，搞个联盟神马的。虽然互为竞争对手，但人多力量也大不是。。。否则单干，国内真凑不成一个alumni network...

公司email system當機沒法兒工作，那就先把之前寫的文章拿出來跟大家分享一下  

The IESE Value
Term3 某天的Ethics課上，老師讓我們討論IESE的價值觀，哪些是我們覺得有被執行的
先自己評估，之後跟同組的人討論，然後再到課堂上以組為單位分享
因為每個人對每個價值的定義都不同，標準也不同
所以要達到「是否有確實執行」的共識並不容易

雖然在課堂上大家分享了許多覺得學校和同學可以改進的地方
不過以下有幾項是絕大部分的人覺得很重要，也覺得學校和學生做的很好的地方的價值觀
對IESE MBA有興趣的人可以看一看，自己是否認同這些價值觀，也可以做為選校的考量之一

Teamwork 團體合作
我們一年級整年都跟自己的Team可說是密不可分，不只每天早上討論case，各科目也有不同的group projects要做
因此大家都很努力的維持小組的和諧運作，也從中學習了許多
而且除了自己的小組之外，同學們也都很樂意在各方面互相幫助


Humility 謙遜
我們普遍覺得IESE的學生都傾向低調且客氣，不太有過度意氣風發的傲氣
就算是大公司贊助的同學，或是找到很好實習工作的強者同學，都很謙虛有禮
這點我之前跟管理顧問公司的HR聊天時，她也有提到覺得IESE的學生很有親和力，不驕傲

Respect of others 尊重他人
學校從一開始就給我們許多規範，但追根究柢就是希望我們可以尊重彼此
準時上課尊重老師，專心上課參與討論尊重同學…等等
我們自行訂定的小組契約也把互相尊重放在第一條
很多時候把尊重別人掛在心上，就自然成為了一種好的行為準則 (我要謹記在心)
