第一题是名词重复性同位语结构n..., n (repeated) that

可以一起复习的有：

概括性同位语结构   phrase/sentence， a programme/infomation/an effort/a practice +  that...

代词替代性同位语结构  n..., one/ones + that

第二题

1) it 已表明单复数，所以只能指代“the comet”

2) 主句主语是人，所以从句中的动作不是主句主语发出的，故更不能考虑指代astronomers了。

第一题A错，整个句子由since开头引导从句，需要一个主语，不是分词修饰结构跟在从句之后，如果选A，句子不完整

the air passing over them就是后一个分句的主语

A错在shaped so smoothly, 导致逻辑意思不对,原句应该表达的是变得光滑 (shaped smooth),而不是光滑地变(shaped  smoothly)

再举一例,我们可以说 天气变糟糕了 the weather turns bad, 而不能说天气槽糕地变 the weather badly turns

不是。 状语从句的主语和从句的主语可以是同类事物，也可是不同类食物。但很多情况动作应该是主句主语发出的, 所以用主句主语是人还是物来判断从句用过去分词还是现在分词。

尤其在状语从句的省略中，要注意从句的逻辑主语等于主句主语
