about Toefl studing software-"TOEFL_CAT_PRACTICE"

I have downloaded and installed the software named Toefl test system after it was extracted successfully .    (And its name is "TOEFL_CAT_Practice.rar" before extracted.)    But when I wanna use it by chliking the icon created on the table ,one windows marked "register" indicates that I should input what seems register code.


I am not sure about this. Because of the English controlling system they don't display correctly.If anybody know something about it please help me .I am eager to get your help. Thanks!!!
