我好久没有写过T作文了 生疏的不行了 请各位帮我点评一下 非常感谢!! Hire an inexperienced worker with low salary or an experienced worker with high salary
Hiring a proper person is always a difficult stuff for every company. Ordinarily, there are two options. One is to hire inexperienced worker, another to hire experienced worker. Employee who has rich experience is able to solve problems in effective way, and some positions are only available for those experienced workers, like pilot, fire fighter etc. However hiring experienced employees will cost more than inexperienced workers. On the other hand, though hiring inexperienced workers cost comparatively lower, it takes companies certain time to train them or let them adopt the new working environment. So I would like to discuss this topic from two aspects.
Generally, company in each field needs to be supported by the so called expert workers. Those employees know the way how to deal with the common problems, and can lead other employees at correct direction. For instance, the private bank will never appoint the students who just graduated from university as the brunch manager, in that they do not have enough experience to face the problems. For those young workers, every common task is almost like a new challenge. On the contrary, the experienced manager can take advantage of his or her knowledge to direct the whole management system effectively. At the same time, they play a role model or educator for the new workers. Education from supervisors is crucial in the process of establishing a mature organization. The experienced workers help the young workers to avoid the same mistake they made at past. Thus this is why many companies are willing to pay such a large amount of money to hire the people who have rich experience.
However, the standard which a company use to evaluate a person varies form each company. The work experience or ability plays a great role in some company’s hiring process, but some companies emphasize the loyalty or creativity. There are qualifications more important than that the experience. For example, some Japanese enterprises tend to hire the students graduated from colleges, rather than hire experienced workers who quit other companies. They think the loyalty to the company is the essential factor when choosing the asset and training in the particular company has far more meanings than using the experience from other places. Moreover, the young and energetic workers always have creative ideas. The old workers incline to use the old-fashion method or stereotype to face the problem. Although those methods are effective and less risky way to deal with tasks, sometimes there exist other more effectively means or those old-fashion methods have been out of date. It is necessary to hire certain number of young workers to activate and refresh the company’s working surroundings.
Finally, what’s more important is to balance the number of experienced worker and that of inexperienced worker, which will influence the efficiency of a company. If I were a boss of a large enterprise, I would consider the proportion of two types of employees and make my company stay at the reasonable balanced condition. |
