德克~刚写了篇字数偏少的作文。。。

故意把字写少,反而貌似要花更多时间,看来想用更少更精炼的语言来写其实更加有难度。。。今天写得不顺。。。OTG

Topic: Is it more important to be able to work with a group of people on a team or work independently? Use reasons and specific examples to support your answer.

Even today, I still remember vividly a story that a large group of ants got together to conquer a gigantic elephant in forest successfully, told by my teacher in kindergarten, and from which all but every kid drew a conclusion that the power of team-work is superior to the one of individual. To be deemed as a stereotype, currently, above summary has been challenged by a multitude of youths with their own reasons. I myself, to some degree, am a member of them.

Besides some advantages, including elaborate consideration and reinforced universal ability, however, working with a group also has many defects appearing far more obvious than those benefits. One cannot be neglected is the inefficiency owing to the conflict among members in a group. So unavoidable is the inconsistency that every one holds his own idea without any compromise and it is fairly difficult to generate a result. Supposing a bothersome circumstance happens in a corporation that all the stuffs are crowding in an office with endless discussion, debate, and even quarrel, who will still expect them to find out a wise and significant solution swiftly?

Inefficiency is only part of the picture; simultaneously, the lack of characteristic of work is another drawback, especially for those who contribute themselves in art domain. Been aware of by us, the life of an artwork stems from its extraordinary features arise form artist’s personal thought and skill. Team-work, whereas, fails to keep the uniqueness of art and utterly destroys it. A painting, for instance, finished by a flock of artists whose technologies and ideologies are diverse, undoubtedly brings us no cherishing value for appreciation and reservation. Regarded as a catastrophe to the demonstration of individual personality, in present art field, unlike working independently, team-work possesses no location.

Admittedly, it is no denying that individual work has some shortcoming, such as, the scarce of assistance and the insufficient elaboration of a whole circumstance. However, compared with the paramount importance and tangible merits of itself, above drawbacks seems to be extremely tiny. In a word, both society and individual development call for independent work more than team-work in this modern era.

Even today, I still remember vividly a story that a large group of ants got together to conquer a gigantic elephant in forest successfully, told by my teacher in kindergarten, and from which all but every kid drew a conclusion that the power of team-work is superior to the one of individual(很强的第一句,没有什么好改的). To be deemed as a stereotype, currently, above summary(the theory<theory在这里是说法的意思,不是理论> above, it seems that, has to face the challenges from the new generation) has been challenged by a multitude of youths with their own reasons. I myself, to some degree, am a member of them(I myself, as a one who is young and uncertain, stand with them).

Besides some advantages, including elaborate consideration and reinforced universal ability, however, working with a group also has many defects appearing far more obvious than those benefits(发现你写长句很不错,很好很好!). One cannot be neglected is the inefficiency owing to the conflict among members in a group. So unavoidable the inconsistency is that every one holds his/her own idea without any compromise and it is fairly difficult to generate a result. Supposing a bothersome circumstance happens in a corporation that all the stuffs(staff) are crowding in an office with endless discussion, debate, and even quarrel, who will still expect them to find out a wise and significant solution swiftly?(写得好!)

Inefficiency is only part of the picture; simultaneously, the lack of characteristic of work is another drawback(Just now, I failed to mention another defect-the lack of characteristic of work), especially for those who contribute themselves in art domain. Been(Being) aware of by us, the life of an artwork stems from its extraordinary features arise form artist’s personal thought and skill. Team-work, whereas, fails to keep the uniqueness of art and utterly destroys it. A painting, for instance(let us say), finished by a flock of artists whose technologies and ideologies are diverse, undoubtedly brings us no cherishing value for appreciation and reservation. Regarded as a catastrophe to the demonstration of individual personality, in present art field, unlike working independently, team-work possesses no location.(不错不错)

Admittedly, it is no denyingAs no doubt就可以了) that individual work has some shortcoming, such as(say,), the scarce(scarcity) of assistance and the insufficient elaboration of a whole circumstance. However, compared with the paramount importance and tangible merits of itself, above drawbacks seems to be extremely(过于绝对的词就免了) tiny(negligible). In a word, both society and individual development call for independent work more than team-work in this modern era.(最后一句烂俗了,不好)
