很激动收到了UW的录取~本来以为只有AU要我了呢~
lz现在收到的有英国 UCL Warwick York 美国 AU UW
基本都是public adminstration方向的
自曝BG：G620 T108 211非985 国贸专业 gpa3.4 研究中心助理1年水实习数个 NGO合作数个
求助一下，这是录取信的一部分：

这到底是ad还是offer？没有说钱的问题，意思是让我accept了才告诉我。。。
我是应该跟小米套套问吗？如果有收到UW的ad的人，是不是也是这种意思的信？还是说有可能拿奖？
另，美国还申了五所学校，还有三所没消息，Georgetown、CMU、UCSD
