Thanks for dropping by. I think that either of these can be good options if your goals are to continue your marketing career. An MBA has the advantage of being a bit more prestigious and of leaving you a lot more open options than something as directed and focused as a marketing program, but a good marketing program can be fantastic as well.
I don't really know enough about your work experience and university experience to say exactly which schools you can get into, but your grades are fine and your GMAT is fantastic. If your work experience is good, then schools ranked about 20-50 should be within range for you. And you don't necessarily have to have any leadership before you apply. Lots and lots of MBA applicants have no leadership experience before they matriculate, so don't worry about that.
