有个essay 的问题是这样的：

What Strategy do you envisage adopting to ensure fulfillment of your career objectives?

实在想不出有什么奇招对付这个问题。

我目前想到的只有：

1. pursue MBA for theoretical and case studies

2.  short-term plan before the long-term career objective.  

而且， 这条问题前面的题目是：

What factors led you to decide that graduate education in management would be most useful to your career development?  

等于问why MBA at this time.  这个问题的回答似乎和我想到的第一条strategy  重叠。   

实在想不出了。

大家有什么好思路？

这个比较怪，能否把所有题目都列一下？我记得原来Stanford问过一个Essay，如果你不能进入Bschool，你会如何实现你的Career Goal，好像和这个有一些关系。

下面是所有的题目， 按顺序：

1.  What is your career objective?

2.  What factors led you to decide that graduate education in management would be most useful to your career development?

3.  What Strategy do you envisage adopting to ensure fulfillment of your career objectives?

4.  Describe a situation or job in which you felt you had some responsibility and tell us what you learned from that experience.

Stanford 的题目好像也是思路的一个方面。

Your perceptual response to the essay question is WRONG.

The essay questions are grouped in a very clear logic structure: what's your career goal? why MBA? How can you realzie your post-mba plan? I think the adcom is expecting you to offer them a crystall clear picture of your career plan and the role of MBA education in the whole process.

Obviously, the third questions should focus on your career development strategy rather than talking about MBA,cases... Make sure never make the mistake like that.

But the essay question topic sounds a little bit funny and academic. How can something ensure the fulfillment of your career? I think you don't want to be puzzled by the "ensure", and you are even encouraged to elaborate a bit on it to the committee. No one can ensure anything. The world is full of uncertaincies. But you can certainly optimize your career path with some strategic thinking. Try to show your insight, vision and strategy baiscs.

通常学校都会把这三个问题放在一篇Essay里面的，这个学校比较特别，我觉得在这三篇Essay里面，你不能空谈，比如说，第三篇Essay，讲的虽然是今后，但是我觉得也是可以结合过去的经历，比如说，你过去是如何采用不同的方法实现不同的目标，在一种方法不能实现的时候，你是如何面对，Be Flexble，Take Alternative等等。这些是我随意想到的，Open to discussion。

i didn't include my past experience in the third question, since i have briefly stated in the second one of "why MBA at this time". but i do include my alternative  to make better sense.
