please help on Michigan essay

One of the Michigan questions is "Describe any experiences you have had that highlight the value of diversity in a business setting."

I'm a little confused about it. Could anyone explain it in detail or give some advice?

You may tell your experience in which, say, a group of persons from different culture background met their common goal by taking advantage of the diveristy of the team. My two cents. Good luck.
