Do campus visits help?

in my experience, i managed to visit all the schools on my pre-screening list, and the visit helped me choose which ones to apply to. spending at least a whole day attending class, talking to students (not only those student reps hired by adcom office) and even schmoozing during the happy hour helped me feel the school culture. eventually i did drop a school because i knew i would regret for going there, even if i would have nowhere else to go. to answer your question, the school visit itself doesn't buy you any credits in the adcom people's eyes, but it does help you feel/understand the school culture better, which will be of great use in your essay writing and interview.

please take the above opinion as a fellow applicant's perspective. since i haven't really got any offers yet, don't blind trust what i said. )

Thanks a lot! Yeah,it is a good way to feel B-schools. What are those schools that you applied to? Which one do you feel most passionate?
